Photos from the South Dakota Circuit October 28th 2006 Lap times sessions.

I only managed to pick up the lap times and grid positions for the start of the Group 3 races tomorrow. Mark Vieira clinched pole position with 36.051, Andrew King was second fastest with 36.241, Peter Rae of Jamaica was third fastest with 36.39, David Summerbell was fourth fastest with 37.33, Peter Morgan was fifth fastest with 37.39, Andrew Morgan did 37.53, Gerald Carrinton did 38.37, Patrick Tong's best time was 38.49, Sanjay Sewsankar did 38.64 and Sean King's best time was 38.76

Patrick Tong got his car about 2 hours before it took to the track for the first time in Guyana and did fairly well considering that he has not yet been able to do any tuning what so ever to his tube framed Mazda RX7. David Summerbell is super fast down the straights but is getting serious problems with the tight corners of South Dakota with his all wheel drive Evo 6. Andrew Morgan slammed into Shawn King's tube framed Mazda who spun in the clubhouse corner, Morgan severely damaged the back suspension on his car and headed to town right after to undertake repairs. Mark Vieira and Andrew King both looked very fast and seemed pleased with their first and second pole positions.

The Canadian female rider proved today that they are serious about the business of racing and local speedsters, Steven, Vieira, Joel Niblett and Ginger Ranjattan knows very well that they will have their hands full tomorrow.

The photos below tell their own stories, enjoy.
